1. Scope of Our Services
NexGen Tech Solutions operates in custom digital products, professional consulting, SEO strategy, conversion-focused web design, and digital performance marketing. Due to the intensive engineering hours, digital asset deployments, and dedicated marketing personnel allocation involved, refunds are structured as follows.
2. Digital Marketing Retainers
Monthly marketing retainers, including content generation, SEO, and paid media management, are billed in advance cycle-by-cycle:
- Setup Costs: Any upfront technical integrations, pixel configurations, tracking setups, or audit fees are non-refundable once the campaign onboarding has begun.
- Cancelation: Monthly retainers can be cancelled with a 15-day notice period. Any unused days in the active billing cycle are non-refundable, but no further invoices will be generated.
3. Web Development & Creative Projects
For custom web designs, specialized landing pages, and interactive software development projects:
- Deposits and upfront milestone payments are non-refundable once development tasks or creative wireframing has actively begun.
- If a project is halted or cancelled mid-progress, the client will be invoiced for the completed hours or components up to that point, with any surplus deposits returned within thirty (30) business days.
4. Submitting a Claim
To submit a cancellation request or review prorated balance refunds, please submit a written ticket to our billing desk at info@nexgentechs.com. Please include your company name, the active contract reference number, and a detailed description of the services in question.
